At Battlbox, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your tactical gear and apparel. If your items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
